Before becoming a psychotherapist, Sophie had a holistic coaching practice in Altadena-Pasadena for over 15 years.  She was able to help thousands of people around the world (USA, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, England) achieve their wellness goals and grow healthier.

What can I expect from coaching?

You are the expert about your life and what works best for you. You'll collaborate with Sophie using the GROW or STEPPA model to design the best holistic plan for you. You're in charge of your life & Sophie simply helps facilitate your growth and healing with a helping plan and compassionate ear. Package includes:

6-Week Package: One (1) personalized holistic coaching plan (GROW or STEPPA model); six (6) weekly sessions (online, or in-person with eco-coaching); and two (2) weekly personalized motivational text messages. 

8-Week Package: One (1) personalized holistic coaching plan (GROW or STEPPA model); eight (8) weekly sessions (online, or in-person with eco-coaching); and two (2) weekly personalized motivational text messages. 

Coaching Training & Credentials

Sophia utilizes the GROW or STEPPA model to design the best coaching plan for you. You also receive the benefit of Sophie's 15+ years of wellness coaching experience, training in psychology, and human development. Some of her coaching certifications include:

Holistic Coaching Packages:

8-Week Package - $2000

Payments in full are required to begin the 6-Week or 8-Week program. Once payment is remitted weekly sessions will be scheduled.

Coaching Cancellation policy

Planning ahead and keeping appointments is essential to keep everyone on schedule. Cancellations require 24hrs advance notice from your scheduled appointment time to avoid the full fee charge. If you do not cancel your appointment within 24hrs you will be charged the full appointment rate. Sophie knows "life happens" and allows for 1 free cancellation without charge beginning from the date of your initial session. After receiving your 1 free cancellation you will be responsible for the full payment for any other missed appointments in the future and/or cancelled appointments.
